Exchange and return policy

Given the special nature of our products, and all required health and safety laws, Ideal Solutions will gladly accept the exchange or return of any product if it meets the following conditions:


Exchange or return the product within 7 days of receiving your order
The product must be unused
The product must be in the same original condition when you receive it
The tag or stickers on the purchased item have not been removed
The product must be in the original packaging with all its components and accessories
Provide a receipt or proof of purchase for the product
The customer bears the shipping costs for returning or returning the order unless there is a defect in the product or an error occurs in the order on our part


Exchange and return method:

Indicating the product or products you wish to exchange or return, the reason for the exchange and return, and adding the order number.
All shipping fees will be borne by the customer for any exchanged or returned product unless the reason for the exchange or return is that the product received is damaged or defective or is not the product you ordered.


Cancelling order

The customer can cancel his order if the product has not been shipped by communicating via email

If the customer requests to cancel the order after shipping, the purchase amount will be returned after calculating the shipping value and deducting it from the original amount paid
If we reject the exchange or return request after our specialized team has confirmed that it does not meet our exchange conditions and after this has been explained to the customer, the product will be shipped back to the customer with the customer bearing all shipping fees for the product.
In the event that the customer refuses to receive the product whose replacement or return request has been rejected, we have the right to cancel the order and dispose of the product after 7 days from the date of the customer’s refusal to receive it without any responsibility on us, including, for example, destroying it or selling it to another party.

In some cases, the customer bears the shipping costs
The customer's failure to provide us with the information required to deliver the products to him

If the delivery address given by the customer is wrong
If the contact information is wrong
Inability to reach the customer according to the shipping and delivery policy


Returning amounts paid to the customer:
Orders paid via credit cards or bank transfer, and the customer’s desire to recover the amounts owed to him
This will be done via bank transfer or to a credit card account, and this will be within thirty (30) days from the date of our approval of the return request.

Return and exchange is 35 riyals via shipping companies Aramex - DHL - SMSA - our representatives (including pickup and delivery)
